  • 0.1 cup flour all-purpose
  • tablespoon garlic powder 
  •  bell pepper green chopped
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  •  onion sliced
  • pounds round steak cut into bite size pieces
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • cups water
