  •  scant cup sugar (see Sweetener Options below)
  • 0.5 cup oil or 
  • cups old fashioned rolled oats gluten-free (use certified oats, if needed)
  • cup dairy-free milk beverage plain
  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • can peaches packed in juice, drained (see fruit options below)
  • servings ground cinnamon to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar, and oil.
