  • 14.5 ounce chicken broth canned
  • servings rice hot cooked
  • tablespoons cornstarch 
  • tablespoons sesame oil dark
  • bunches spring onion 
  • tablespoons hoisin sauce 
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  • pounds beef top sirloin steaks boneless cut into thin slices
  • tablespoons vegetable oil divided

Directions

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients until mixture is smooth.
  2. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat 2 minutes.
  3. Add beef, in batches, and stir-fry 8 minutes or until no longer pink.
  4. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  5. Pour remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil in skillet; heat 2 minutes.
  6. Add green onions, and stir-fry 5 minutes or until tender.
  7. Return beef to skillet; stir-fry 2 minutes or until heated.
  8. Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
