  • 0.3  bell pepper red cut into 8 triangular pieces
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless
  •  pkt. shake 'n bake extra seasoned coating mix crispy
  •  pkt. shake 'n bake extra seasoned coating mix crispy

Equipment

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.
  3. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 13 to 15 min. or until chicken is done.
  5. Make 1/2-inch slit in thinner end of each chicken strip; insert red pepper triangle in slit for the monster's claw.
  6. Serve with barbecue sauce.
