  • ounces deli ham smoked thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup egg substitute 
  • 0.3 cup milk fat-free
  • oz swiss cheese reduced-fat
  • tablespoons tomato chutney 
  • tablespoons grain mustard whole
  • oz bread whole wheat

Directions

  1. Spread mustard evenly over 1 side of each bread slice.
