  • cup carrots shredded
  • cup coconut flakes flaked
  •  eggs lightly beaten
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • cup raisins 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 2.5 cups sugar 
  • teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • cups vegetable oil 
  • cup walnut pieces chopped

Directions
