  • 1.8 pounds diagonally cut carrot 
  • 0.3 teaspoon cumin seeds 
  • 1.5 tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • teaspoon honey 
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

  2. Drain.
