  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • cups meat-loaf mixture 
  • servings mint coucous with zucchini and tomato
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • teaspoon paprika 
  •  scallions trimmed thinly sliced

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the oil.
  2. Mix well. Make 12 half-inch-thick patties.
  3. Heat half the oil in a large nonstick skillet and cook 6 of the patties over medium heat until golden, 7 to 8 minutes per side. Repeat with the other 6 patties and the remaining oil.
  4. Serve atop Mint Couscous with Zucchini and
  5. Tomato.
