Ingredients

  • 1.8 teaspoons moroccan spice mixture divided
  •  apples peeled chopped
  • tablespoon butter 
  • cup chicken broth 
  • 0.5 small onion diced
  •  pears ripe peeled chopped
  • 24 ounce pork loin chops boneless
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt divided
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Rub 1 teaspoon Moroccan Spice
  2. Mixture and 1/4 teaspoon salt evenly on both sides of pork chops.
  3. Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops 4 minutes on each side or until done.
  4. Remove pork chops from skillet, and keep warm.
  5. Add onion to drippings in skillet; cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in apple, pear, and chicken broth. Cover, reduce heat, and cook 5 minutes or until fruit is tender. Stir in remaining 3/4 teaspoon Moroccan Spice
  6. Mixture and 1/4 teaspoon salt; cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes.
  7. Serve over pork chops.
