  •  carrots diced ()
  •  bell pepper diced red ()
  •  bell pepper diced green ()
  •  apricot dried chopped ()
  • cloves garlic crushed chopped ( and )
  • inch ginger fresh peeled chopped finely ( and )
  • 400 gr canned tomatoes chopped canned
  • 400 gr garbanzo beans drained and rinsed canned ()
  •  juice of lemon 
  • 0.7 tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped (cilantro)
  • pint chicken stock see (approx)
  • 0.3 teaspoon cinnamon dried
  • tablespoon ground coriander 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • tablespoon turmeric 
  • tablespoon paprika 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • servings salt to taste
  • servings olive oil for frying
  • servings non-dairy milk 
  • servings vegetable stock

    1. Fry the onions and peppers until soft.
    2. Add the other ingredients, except for the fresh coriander, and bring to the boil. Simmer for 35/45 minutes.
