  • cup plums sliced
  • 0.3 cup plums 
  • tablespoon vinegar white
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 lb chicken breast uncooked for stir-fry
  • 0.3 cup hoisin sauce 
  • tablespoons ginger grated
  • tablespoons wine dry white
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • cups savoy cabbage shredded
  • cup carrots shredded
  • 8.2 oz flour tortilla soft for tacos and fajitas (10 count

Directions

  1. In 1-quart saucepan, cook all sauce ingredients over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until plums are tender.
  2. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in center. Stir in hoisin sauce, gingerroot, wine, sugar, cabbage and carrots; cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly, until cabbage is crisp-tender.
  3. Warm tortillas as directed on package.
  4. Place 1 cup chicken mixture on each tortilla; roll tortilla around filling.
  5. Serve with sauce.
