Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets fresh frozen thawed
- 1.5 cups rice white instant uncooked
- 10 oz 8%-fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup canned
- 1 soup can milk canned
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 0.8 cup mozzarella cheese shredded kraft
- 1 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless

Directions
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165F).
- Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add soup and milk to skillet; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in broccoli and rice; top with chicken. Cover.
- Cook on low heat 5 min.; sprinkle with cheese.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand, covered, 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
