Ingredients

  • cups broccoli florets fresh frozen thawed
  • 1.5 cups rice white instant uncooked
  • 10 oz 8%-fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup canned
  •  soup can milk canned
  • Tbsp oil 
  • 0.8 cup mozzarella cheese shredded kraft
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless

Equipment

  • frying pan

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165F).
  3. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  4. Add soup and milk to skillet; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in broccoli and rice; top with chicken. Cover.
  5. Cook on low heat 5 min.; sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Let stand, covered, 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
