Ingredients

  • 10.8 ounce cream of mushroom soup canned
  • 10.8 ounce cream of celery soup low-fat canned
  • clove garlic minced
  • ounces mozzarella cheese low fat sliced
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish, in a single layer. Cover with the celery soup and bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes, until browned.
  3. Remove from oven.
  4. Combine the mushroom soup, water, onion, garlic and oregano and mix all together.
  5. Pour mixture over chicken. Top with mozzarella cheese slices, pushing the cheese down into the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes more until bubbly and golden brown.
