  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • ounce button mushrooms quartered
  • tablespoon cilantro leaves fresh finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  • 0.3 teaspoon soya sauce low-sodium
  • tablespoons maple syrup 
  • cups gourmet salad greens 
  • 0.3 teaspoon sesame oil 
  • 1.5 teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir well with a whisk.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  3. Add mushrooms; saut for 6 minutes or until tender.
  4. Remove from heat; add maple mixture, tossing to coat.
  5. Combine greens, onions, and cilantro in a large bowl.
  6. Add mushroom mixture, tossing to coat.
  7. Serve immediately.
