  • tablespoons butter 
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves coarsely chopped
  • cloves garlic smashed roughly chopped
  • pounds mussels scrubbed
  • 0.5 small onion chopped
  • servings freshly cracked pepper black
  •  roma tomato roughly chopped
  • ounce white wine 

Equipment

  • grill
  • aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Place mussels on a large piece of tin foil.
  2. Sprinkle garlic, tomato, onions, cilantro.
  3. Add a dash of wine, butter and some pepper. Wrap up the edges to keep in the juices and place on the grill. Cook until mussels open.
  4. Serve immediately.
