Ingredients

  • lbs carrots 
  • tablespoon coriander seeds 
  •  garlic clove thinly sliced lengthwise
  •  ginger fresh thin
  • tablespoons kosher salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • cups vinegar white
  • tablespoons mustard seeds yellow

Directions
