  • 0.8 cup peaches dried chopped
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • cup peach preserves 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 medium size onion sweet finely chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, and cook, stirring often, 5 to 6 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
  3. Remove from heat, and stir in preserves and next 4 ingredients. Cover and chill 1 hour or up to 1 week.
