  • 15 oz pepper flakes canned
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream dried diced sour
  •  bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.5 cup sauce 
  • 0.5 cup jalapeno sliced
  • 10 oz lettuce shredded
  • 0.5 olives diced green black sliced canned
  •  onion diced
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 13.5 oz tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Arrange chips on a large microwave-safe plate; set aside.
  2. Heat chili in a microwave-safe bowl on high setting for one minute; stir. Microwave for another minute; set aside.
  3. Sprinkle tortilla chips with cheese; microwave on high setting for 30 seconds. Spoon chili and queso sauce over cheese; sprinkle with lettuce, onion and peppers. Top with black olives and green chiles, if desired.
  4. Add a dollop of sour cream; sprinkle with tomato and chives.
