Ingredients

  • 14.5 ounce canned tomatoes whole with liquid, chopped peeled canned
  • 0.5 tablespoon basil dried
  • ounce mushrooms fresh sliced
  • teaspoon garlic salt 
  •  bell pepper green cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • pound ground beef lean
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 tablespoon paprika 
  •  bell pepper red cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • small onion red sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper white
  •  zucchini sliced

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef.
  2. Remove beef with a slotted spoon and discard fat.
  3. Return skillet to stove, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Stir in mushrooms, green and red peppers, squash, onion, paprika, basil, garlic salt, and pepper; cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in beef and tomatoes; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
