Ingredients

  • cups cabbage chinese chopped (napa)
  • large bell pepper red coarsely chopped
  • large bell pepper green coarsely chopped
  • cups jicama julienned peeled (matchstick-cut)
  • tablespoons chives fresh sliced
  • tablespoons rice vinegar 
  • tablespoons honey 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoon ginger grated

  1. In 3-quart clear bowl, mix slaw ingredients.
  2. In small jar with tight-fitting lid, mix dressing ingredients. Cover; shake well.
  3. Pour over slaw. Stir and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
