  • teaspoon chipotles in adobo drained finely chopped
  • 8-inch flour tortilla fat-free (6 to es in diameter)
  •  garlic clove finely chopped
  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • cup onion chopped
  • cup tomatoes chopped
