Directions

  1. Steam potatoes, covered, 6 minutes or until tender.
  2. Transfer to a large serving bowl, and keep warm.
  3. Combine butter and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
  4. Add to potatoes, and toss gently.
  5. Sprinkle potatoes with parsley, and toss again.
  6. Serve immediately.
