  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • 0.7 cup peanut butter 
  • cups quick-cooking oats uncooked
  • cups sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine oats, peanut butter, coconut, cocoa, and vanilla, mixing well; set aside.
  2. Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour over reserved oat mixture; quickly stir to mix well.
  4. Immediately drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets; let cool. Carefully remove from waxed paper to serve.
