  • cups chocolate chip cookie mix 
  • cup cranberries dried sweetened chopped
  • 0.5 cup roasted sunflower seeds unsalted
  • 0.3 cup cashew pieces 
  • 0.8 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup plus 
  • 0.3 cup creamy peanut butter 
  • teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. In large bowl, mix cereal, cranberries, sunflower nuts and cashews.
  2. In 2-quart saucepan, mix brown sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter.
  3. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour syrup over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Drop mixture by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto waxed paper. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
