Ingredients

  • 21 ounce peach pie filling canned
  •  eggs 
  • 17.3 ounce puff pastry pepperidge farm®
  • tablespoon water 

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • oven
  • wire rack

Directions

  1. Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature 30 min. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix egg and water.
  3. Unfold pastry sheets.
  4. Place 1 pastry sheet on baking sheet.
  5. Spread pie filling on pastry to within 1 inch of edges.
  6. Brush edges with egg mixture.
  7. Place remaining pastry sheet over pie filling. Press edges together with fork to seal.
  8. Brush with egg mixture.
  9. Cut several 2 inch slits in top of pastry.
  10. Bake 30 minutes or until golden. Cool on baking sheet on wire rack at least 15 minutes.
  11. Cut into squares.
