  • 0.1 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1.7 ounces equivalent cake flour all-purpose (7 T.)
  • tablespoons chocolate chips 
  • ounces chocolate pudding prepared (or a slightly)
  • 0.3 cup hershey's extra cocoa powder dark
  • teaspoon cornstarch 
  • tablespoons eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8 ½ by 4 ½ inch metal loaf pan with foil and spray with baking spray.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients (flour through cornstarch) together in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add egg, vanilla and yogurt (or pudding).
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spread in the pan and bake in lower third of the oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Lift from pan, peel away foil and cut into squares.
