  • 192 grams blanched almond flour 
  • tablespoons coconut sugar 
  • large egg yolk 
  • tablespoons grade b maple syrup 
  • tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • 0.5 cup pecans raw finely chopped for garnish
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt 
  • tablespoon apple sauce unsweetened

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, chopped pecans, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, maple syrup, olive oil, and applesauce.
