  • 14 ounce less-sodium chicken broth fat-free canned
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoons butter light
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup walnuts toasted chopped

Directions

  1. Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add rice; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 18 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  3. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
  4. Add walnuts and parsley, and fluff with a fork.
