  • 0.3 cup t brown sugar dark packed
  • cup crème fraîche homemade
  • tablespoons corn syrup dark
  • tablespoons granulated sugar 
  • cup oats 
  • large peaches pitted ripe peeled cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2.5 tablespoons butter unsalted melted

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
