Ingredients

  • tablespoons almonds sliced
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed ()
  • pinch nutmeg 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 18 ounces pears cored peeled thinly sliced
  • 10 ounces plums pitted halved thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup oats 
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix first 3 ingredients in bowl.
  3. Add oil; mix with fork until coarse crumbs form.
  4. Mix in almonds.
  5. Combine fruit in 10-inch-diameter glass pie dish.
  6. Sprinkle sugar, lemon juice and nutmeg over.
  7. Sprinkle with oats.
  8. Bake until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown, about 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
