Ingredients

  • 0.7 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup apricots dried chopped
  • 0.5 cup cranberries dried
  • large egg whites lightly beaten
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • cups regular oats 
  • 0.5 cup chunky peanut butter 
  • cup raisins 
  • 0.3 cup stick margarine chilled cut into small pieces
  • 0.5 cup condensed milk fat-free sweetened

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Cut butter into brown sugar with a pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in oats and next 5 ingredients.
  3. Combine egg whites, peanut butter, and condensed milk in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until smooth.
  4. Add egg mixture to oats, and stir well.
  5. Press mixture into a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes; cool completely.
  7. Cut into 28 bars.
  8. NOTE: Bars can be stored in pan or on a plate, covered.
