  • 0.5 cup cider vinegar 
  • tablespoons parsley dried
  • servings ground pepper black to taste
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • pounds potatoes peeled sliced
  • teaspoons salt 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  • tablespoons sugar white

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add peeled and cut potatoes; cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
  4. Add onions.
  5. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, sugar, parsley, salt and pepper. Gently stir in the potatoes and onion.
  6. Let stand for 1 hour before serving to enhance flavors.
