  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • pound okra pods 
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • 1.5 cups onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt divided

  • cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons vinegar white

  5. Add okra mixture, and cook for 40 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in parsley.
