Ingredients

  • teaspoon mustard dry
  •  hard-cooked eggs chopped
  • head iceberg lettuce coarsely chopped
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • tablespoon milk 
  • 10 ounce peas frozen thawed
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • medium size purple onion diced
  • cup salad dressing 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups turkey smoked chopped

Directions

  1. Stir together first 6 ingredients.
  2. Layer half each of lettuce, next 5 ingredients, and, if desired, cucumber in a bowl.
  3. Spread half of dressing over top; repeat. Cover and chill 8 hours.
  4. * For testing purposes only, we used Miracle Whip Salad Dressing.
