Ingredients

  • Tbsp brown sugar 
  • lb broiler-fryer chicken cut into 8 pieces
  • Tbsp thyme leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup 1/2 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • 1.5 lb sweet potatoes cut into 3/4-inch-wide wedges ( 3)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix dressing, sugar and thyme in large bowl.
  3. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
  4. Transfer potatoes to 15x10x1-inch pan, reserving dressing mixture in bowl.
  5. Add chicken to reserved dressing mixture; toss to coat.
  6. Place in pan with potatoes.
  7. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done (165F).
  8. Transfer chicken and potatoes to platter. Strain drippings from pan; pour strained sauce over chicken.
