  • Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette dressing kraft
  •  egg white lightly beaten
  • tsp garlic salt divided
  • Tbsp honey 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • lb pork tenderloin 
  • 1.3 lb russet potatoes cut into thin wedges ( 4)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Mix egg white, cheese and 3/4 tsp. garlic salt in large bowl.
  3. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
  4. Spread onto large greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake 15 min.
  6. Add meat to baking sheet with potatoes; sprinkle with remaining garlic salt.
  7. Bake 20 min.
  8. Mix dressing and honey; brush onto meat.
  9. Bake 10 to 15 min. or until meat is done (160F) and potatoes are tender, brushing meat occasionally with any remaining dressing mixture.
