  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • teaspoon butter 
  • cup egg substitute 
  • large eggs 
  • inch chives fresh
  • cups onion finely chopped
  • ounce parmesan cheese fresh divided grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion to pan; cook 15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  4. Spread mixture in a single layer in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  5. Combine egg substitute, 2 tablespoons cheese, salt, pepper, and eggs.
  6. Pour egg mixture evenly over onion; sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons cheese.
