  • 0.5 teaspoon thyme leaves dried
  • cups onion sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1.5 pound pork tenderloins 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Trim fat from pork; cut a lengthwise slit down center of each tenderloin, cutting about two-thirds of the way through meat.
  3. Place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add onion, and saut 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.
  6. Add thyme, salt, and pepper.
  7. Spread onion mixture evenly over tenderloins.
  8. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160 (slightly pink).
