  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • ounce feta cheese crumbled reduced-fat

  • 0.8 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 2.5 pounds onion sliced
  • 14.1 ounce pie dough refrigerated (such as Pillsbury)
  • ounce swiss cheese shredded reduced-fat

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 42
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Roll dough out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle feta cheese in center, leaving a 1 1/2-inch border; top with onion.
  6. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Fold piecrust border up and over onion mixture, pleating as you go, leaving a 6-inch-wide opening.
  7. Combine egg and 2 tablespoons water; brush over dough.
  8. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until golden. Cool for 10 minutes.
