Ingredients

  •  avocado ripe peeled mashed
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt divided
  • teaspoons juice of lemon fresh
  • pieces curly leaf lettuce green
  • tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  •  plum tomatoes cut into 6 slices
  • 24 ounce chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • ounce sourdough bread toasted
  • slices bacon cooked drained

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat.
  3. Sprinkle chicken evenly with 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper.
  4. Add chicken to pan; saut 6 minutes on each side or until done.
  5. Remove from pan; let stand 5 minutes. Slice.
  6. Combine remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt, juice, mayonnaise, and avocado in a small bowl; stir until well blended.
  7. Spread about 3 tablespoons avocado mixture over each bread slice. Top each sandwich with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 chicken breast half, 3 tomato slices, and 1 bacon slice.
