  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 cup tomatoes diced canned
  • 0.7 cup cooking wine dry white
  • 0.3 cup basil leaves fresh divided sliced
  • large garlic clove sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1.5 cups orange juice fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon chile flakes red
  • pounds mussels in shells scrubbed
