Ingredients

  • pound beef greek-style cooked sliced
  • 14 oz beef broth canned
  •  carrots cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • servings toppings: green onions toasted sliced
  • 0.3 cup orange marmalade 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper dried red crushed
  • 16 oz vermicelli 
  • 1.5 cups snow peas trimmed
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  3. Add carrots and snow peas, and stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in beef broth and next 3 ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Remove from heat; add Greek-Style Beef and hot cooked pasta; toss well to combine.
  6. Serve immediately with desired toppings.
