Perfectly gluten-free and dairy-free, this recipe is not only a feast for the taste buds but also caters to various dietary preferences. Imagine succulent bone-in pork loin chops, infused with a zesty orange brine that tenderizes the meat while imparting a refreshing citrus aroma.

The brining process, which takes just a few hours, allows the pork to soak up the rich combination of kosher salt, brown sugar, and fragrant orange peel, creating a mouthwatering depth of flavor. Once marinated, the chops are generously coated with a savory herb rub featuring rosemary, sage, marjoram, and a hint of cayenne for a subtle kick. The result is a beautifully caramelized exterior that locks in the juicy tenderness of the pork.

Grilling these chops to perfection is a breeze, making them an ideal choice for a weekend barbecue or a cozy weeknight dinner. With a cooking time of just 20 to 25 minutes, you can have a delicious meal ready to impress your family or guests.
