  • medium braeburn apples 
  • teaspoon ginger fresh grated
  • 0.5 cup honey 
  • tablespoon juice of lime 
  • 0.3 cup orange juice fresh
  • teaspoon orange rind grated

Directions

  2. Place apples in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  3. Stir together honey and next 4 ingredients.

  5. Bake, covered, at 400 for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender, basting every 15 minutes with drippings.
