  • cups baby spinach leaves 
  • 0.3 cup 1/4 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  •  navel oranges thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup orange marmalade divided
  • 1.3 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless
  •  env. shake 'n bake chicken coating mix

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Spread chicken with 2 Tbsp. marmalade. Empty coating mix into shallow dish.
  3. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
  4. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake 25 min. or until chicken is done (165F).
  6. Mix dressing and remaining marmalade.
  7. Add to spinach; toss to coat.
  8. Place on 4 serving plates. Top spinach on each plate with 1 sliced chicken breast and 1/4 of the oranges.
