  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • teaspoon thyme leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • tablespoon butter light softened
  • teaspoon orange rind freshly grated
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
  4. Place spears on a broiler pan. Coat with cooking spray.
  5. Broil 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Toss asparagus with butter mixture.
