  • 1.5 teaspoons butter divided melted reduced-calorie
  • 0.5 teaspoon orange juice 
  • 0.5 teaspoon orange rind grated
  • tablespoon pecans chopped
  • teaspoons powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Roll Stone-Ground Wheat Bread Dough into a 7 1/2- x 6-inch rectangle.
  2. Brush dough with 1/2 teaspoon margarine, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  3. Sprinkle with pecans and orange rind.
  4. Roll up, starting at short side, pressing firmly to eliminate air pockets; pinch seam to seal (do not seal ends).
  5. Cut into 4 (1 1/2-inch) slices.
  6. Place rolls in muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray, pressing down slightly.
