  • teaspoons bottled garlic minced
  • 1.5 teaspoons canola oil 
  • teaspoon sriracha 
  • tablespoons cornstarch divided
  • 0.3 cup fat-free less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • 0.3 cup green onions 
  • teaspoons ground ginger fresh (such as Spice World)
  • tablespoons low sodium soy sauce low-sodium
  • 0.3 cup orange juice 
  • pound pork tenderloin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  1. Cut pork into 2 x 1/4-inch-wide strips.
  2. Combine pork and 1 tablespoon cornstarch in a bowl; toss well.
  3. Combine remaining 1 tablespoon cornstarch, broth, and next 4 ingredients (through salt).
  4. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  5. Add pork to pan; saut 3 minutes or until desired degree of doneness; stir frequently.
  6. Remove pork from pan.
  7. Heat oil in pan.
  8. Add carrots, 1/4 cup water, ginger, and garlic to pan; cook 1 1/2 minutes, scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Return pork to pan. Stir in broth mixture; bring to a boil. Cook 30 seconds. Stir in 1/3 cup onions.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. Garnish with sliced onions, if desired.
