  • 1.5 cups rice instant
  • 11 ounce mandarin orange segents drained canned
  • 1.5 cups orange juice 
  • teaspoon orange zest grated

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the orange zest, orange juice, and butter. Bring to a boil, and stir in rice. Cover, and remove from heat.
  2. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in mandarin orange segments, and serve immediately.
