  • sprigs dill weed fresh
  • 2.5 cups orange juice 
  • 12 ounce fillets salmon skinless

Directions

  1. Place the salmon fillets in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Pour orange juice over salmon. Arrange dill sprigs around the salmon. Cook , turning occasionally, 15 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
  3. Remove salmon from skillet, and set aside.
  4. Reduce skillet heat to medium-low, and continue cooking the orange juice 10 minutes, or until thickened.
  5. Pour over the salmon to serve.
